GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD RECIPE

        You can make a grilled chicken with salad quickly and easily. One of the great things about this meal is just about everything is ready to eat right of the packaging. You do have to grill the chicken strips but that's quick and easy if you have a George Foreman Grill or something similar. Another good thing about this salad is it's a healthy meal for you and your family. The next time you need a quick meal, try this grilled chicken salad.

Ingredients

*  Chicken strips
*  Romaine lettuce
*  Finely shredded cheese
*  Salad dressing
*  A George Foreman grill or similar
*  Croutons
*  Baby tomatoes
*  Boiled eggs
*  McCormick Salad Toppins

Prepare the Eggs

Put 2 or 3 eggs on the KITCHEN RANGE   to boil while you work with some of the other ingredients. When the eggs are ready, allow them to cool and then peel them and chop them into small pieces to sprinkle on the salad.

Prepare the Lettuce

Prep the lettuce by putting it into a strainer to wash it. Rinse the lettuce with cold water in the KITCHEN SINK. Do a quick check of the lettuce and remove any pieces that aren't suitable for consumption. Let the excess water drain from the lettuce while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.

Prepare the Grill

Turn your George Foreman or similar grill on and let it heat up while you prepare the chicken strips. This won't take long but you want the grill to be ready to go as soon as the chicken is ready to grill.

Prepare the Chicken

Rinse the thawed chicken strips with water and shake any excess water from it. Place the chicken strips into a container and season them with the Old Bay seasoning mix. A light coating should do the job.
Now you're ready to cook the chicken strips on the grill. Make sure they get cooked but don't overcook them. You should plan for 3 - 4 strips per person. Make an allowance for the cooks taste test in your total count. You can also chop the strips into three or four small pieces before serving.

Prepare the Salad Bar

Place the other ingredients into serving containers and set up a salad bar serving area. This way each person gets to prepare their salad to their individual taste. Remember to have several different flavors of salad dressing on hand.

Prepare to Eat

To make your grilled chicken salad with, put a bed of lettuce on a plate or into a bowl. Then choose to add shredded cheese, SALAD   toppins, eggs, croutons, baby TOMATOES, grilled chicken and of course your favorite salad dressing. Enjoy your meal.
